Q:What happens if I receive an item with a size or color problem?

A:For color issues, send us photos (using natural light) of the item, package, and labels.

For size issues,if the size difference between the item you have received and the measurement indicated on the size chart differ by at least 3 cm (1.18 inch). please place the garment on the floor and using a tape measure, measure the Bust, Waist, and Hips. Send us a photo of these measurements.

Please contact us and include with your message pictures, order number, and item number. Upon receiving your message, we will be in touch with you shortly.

Q:What do I do if I am missing an item from my order?

A:Due to the stock status, your items may be shipped out separately via several parcels.Please log into your account to check the tracking number of each item.If you find more than one Tracking Number, we have shipped order in multiple parcels.Items with same tracking number will be in one parcel and should arrive at the same time.

Q:If the price changes after I order, can I get a refund?

A:As an online business, our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock, promotions, and demand from customers. This means an item can change in price after you've purchased it.

Unfortunately, we're not able to adjust prices or offer a refund or credit for the price difference after you have ordered an item. For any other questions, please contact us.

Q:What should I do if I receive the wrong size of an item in my order?

A:If you received a size different than that which you ordered, please contact us with the order number, the item number, and photos of the item. We will check and get back to you asap.

Please Note: We list the size chart next to each item. Please be sure to check your size prior to purchasing an item.

Q:How long will it take for my refund to arrive?

A:Refunds will get back to your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuers.

Q:How long does it take to receive my order?

A:Delivery Time=Processing Time + Shipping Time

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

For example, if you order a shirt, it will need 3-8 business days of processing time and then 7-15 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 10-15 business days.
