Returns Policy

-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging,ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! If not intact, the no refund will be issued.

-Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

-For color issues, send us photos (using natural light) of the item, package, and labels.All returns must be approved by our customer service team.

-For size issues, please place the garment on the floor and using a tape measure, measure the Bust, Waist, and Hips. Send us a photo of these measurements.All returns must be approved by our customer service team.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return

-Final sale/Clearance item(s) is not eligible for return.

-The packaging of the item has been damaged, the clothing has been washed it is not eligible for return.

-Request to return the item more than 7 days after receipt.
